Clicking on the "Create" button opens the publication edit dialog (figure 4.23), where you can type publication information.

Please note that, depending on the current field, you may be proposed some help to enter your information when you click on some fields :

 Pre defined drop down menus for fields like "Keywords", "Author"..., but you can obviously create new items.

 A WYSIWYG text editor for multiline text for fields like "Notes" and "Abstract",

 A file selection dialog for entering one image pathname in the "Image" field. (The image will be rendered at page or bibliography build time, like other images in your web site).
