 How to insert these widgets?

      5. Reference
          5.7. Keywords
 5.7.2. Collect words automatically

Working with current selection, this function partly automates the keyword index build :

Collects all the words used in the current idea and its children (in the "title" and "text" fields),

Displays a dialog box to select the correct keywords (figure 4.9b) : eliminate all unwanted or irrelevant ones,

Adds selected keywords to all ideas using them.

Tip : the word collection represents all the used words (several hundreds of different words in a medium sized web site). You should carefully select the words to be used as keywords.

To help you, check the "Show occurrences" box : this displays how often every word appears in the selected idea and its children (this may require some time in large selected trees).

You can also sort the words alphabetically, by occurrence, or by length with a click on the list header : so you will be able to identify and eliminate rare, too frequent, or too short words to be included in the index.

In the word selection dialog, you may :

eliminate at once several words from the list (multiple selection) : "Remove from list" button,

add the whole list : "Add all the list" button,

add only current selection of words (multiple) : "Add current selection" button.

If you check the "Match whole words only" option, only single words corresponding to whole words in a idea will be added as keywords of this idea : for instance, if the word is "euro" and if the current idea contains the "Europe" word, "euro" won't be added as keyword. If the option is not checked, "euro" will be added if "Europe" is encountered.

The "Cancel" button closes the dialog box without adding any keyword.
