Sub menu	Rebuild all indexes
Keyboard	Ctrl + Maj + E

This function rebuilds all indexes : table of contents, bibliography, glossary, keyword index. It is useful when, for instance, new keywords have been added to ideas.

It is automatically invoked at web site build time, and when the document is loaded.
