Language choice is currently made between English, French, Italian, Swedish, Polish and Russian (the two latest with the WIT Unicode version), and is effective once WIT is restarted.

Language choice affects graphical interface, on line help system, but also, default structure and style template options, when creating a new document. These options can however be modified later in the document life.

However, to create a document and a web site in a given language, it's better to use WIT in this language. For all other tongues, please configure WIT in English.

Note : when WIT is launched for the first time, a default language must be chosen (dialog box). The choice can be modified later.
