BibliographyGroup style class controls the bibliography style.

It has the following subclasses : BibliographyTitle manages the style of main bibliography title, BibliographyAccessBar manages the style of the alphabetical access bar, BibliographyLetter manages the style of initial letters, and BibliographyLink manages the style of links to books.

Links to books can be replaced by the description of the publications themselves : the BookGroup style class is then used, inheriting properties of BibliographyGroup.

Two additional classes control the bibliographic index headers :
