Image list displays the images and comments (legends or captions) which were associated to the idea (in the "Links" tab of idea properties).

Options

 Position of caption. The legend can be placed beneath or above the image. It can also be ignored.

Note : the caption also appears in a yellow rectangle when the mouse pointer is moved over the image.
