I'd like to build my own CSS style sheet

You may add your own CSS classes and properties in the style template (expert mode).

You just have to refer to your own classes in the HTML tags you will use in the raw HTML editor (HTML tab, expert mode).

Note that most of predefined WIT CSS classes names are read-only. You still may change their properties.
